An initial coaching consultation will hep us determine if we are a good fit, prior to taking you as a coaching client.

Coaching programs are unique to each individual and will vary in length, averaging from 3 - 6 months. 

​

Coaching will be via video-conference or phone call. Regular coaching session may be up to 60 min long and are held in the strictest confidence, adhering to ICF's Code of Ethics
