An initial coaching consultation will help us determine if we are a good fit, prior to me taking you as coaching client.
Coaching programs are unique to each individual and will vary in length, averaging from 3 - 6 months.
Coaching will be via video-conference or phone call. Regular coaching session may be up to 60 min long and are held in the strictest confidence, adhering to ICF's Code of Ethics
Single session is great for someone who wants to get a feel for coaching.
Also the single session is ideal for the client who has one, clear, targeted issue to address, and who can implement behavioural and thought change independently without support.
For single session I use an organic approach to coaching, focusing on the issue or concern presented by the client.
Package is ideal for the client who seeks a positive transformation in their life and is committed to his goals.
Package includes Discovery 2h Session plus 10h weekly/bi-weekly sessions, email and accountability support between sessions.
Unlike the organic approach used in the Single Session, the time luxury provided by Package allows for a deep exploration.
We start with an assessment on the client's current life, then we move on discovering what he or she truly values, and what he or she most deeply desires, both today and in the future.
We uncover the beliefs, circumstances and other blocks that have stood in the client's way thus far.
We create clear, doable goals to start moving toward purposeful happy life; we use accountability tools to ensure each goal is met.
